  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

We are currently looking for a Document Controller/Procurement Admin to join us on a permanent role to help us deliver various projects in the Life Sciences Industry.

Key Attributes/Responsibilities

  • Receive, verify and acknowledge receipt of the documents in accordance with the agreed document control procedure
  • Ensure all documentation is organised as per the client's requirements.
  • Experience in doing procurement administration using SAP
  • Work closely with the Project management staff and Project team for Automation, Process Engineering and Validation departments.
  • Expedite the review and approval of documentation, including vendor documents, system data book, P&IDs, isometrics, test plan and protocol.
  • Set up document control library.
  • Interact with project teams on the preparation and submission of project documents.
  • Update and maintain the master document register to provide timely and accurate report of document status.
  • Must have done construction projects either as part of the client side team or EPCM in large scale Pharma projects.
  • Must be able to work in Tuas
