Job Overview

This role is responsible for driving company sales and coordinating all technical, after service sales and administrative support activities.

Lead engineers to deliver effective day-to-day on-site support, advice, guidance, diagnosis, repair and timely problem resolution for customers.

Job Responsibilities:.

  • Handles after sales enquiries, maintenance contracts, preparation of quotation, negotiation and all other follow up actions as required.
  • Proactively engaging with customer on service sales and technical query to assist sales team to achieve sales growth target and maintain good relationship with clients.
  • Provides technical supports during site installation, troubleshooting, testing and commissioning.
  • Manage day to day customer’s escalations and resolutions, ensuring all customer issues are resolved timely and meeting service SLA (Service level Agreement).
  • Conducts daily or weekly service review with other departments and ensuring action plan is in place to address outstanding issues.
  • Manage and communicate with the manufacturers on product complaints, and handle RMA issues.
  • Coordinates and manages preventive maintenance (PM), operational and technical training schedule for doctors, nurses and BMEs.
  • Provide and lead the team to perform smooth daily functions and activity planning, ensuring that daily operations and service delivery are properly executed.
  • Provide internal training, all are well trained and equipped with skills to effectively provide on-site troubleshooting, service & repair, incident management and IT support.
  • Support sales with technical knowledge, service contract pricing and necessary information during tender project

Education and Skill Requirements:

  • Min Degree in Engineering (Electrical & Electronic) or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years commercial experience in Electrical/Electronic Industry is required, with at least 5 years’ experience as a Senior Engineer delivering to an external end-customer in the Electronic/Electrical/Medical and Aesthetic domain.
  • Senior role: min 2-3 years of experience as a Team Lead with direct people management role.
  • Strong understanding of Standard Electrical Schematic Diagrams, able to perform System, Hardware Testing and Troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed, multi-task and work productively in a pressurized environment.
  • Decision-making, problem resolution, creative thinking skills and attention to detail.
  • Service minded with passion and patience for handling customers.
  • Good leadership with strong self-discipline with initiative and learning spirit with positive attitude, teamwork and responsibility.
  • Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
  • Effective spoken and written communication in English.
  • Willing to travel overseas/outstation for training.
