As an Algorithm Specialist, you will lead the design and development of advanced algorithms to evaluate and manage the risks of AI systems. Your role will focus on algorithmic innovation, driving AIQURIS' platform forward through collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and researchers. You’ll be responsible for pushing the boundaries of AI technology, ensuring AIQURIS delivers safe, compliant, and high-performing AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Algorithm Development: Lead the design, implementation, and documentation of key algorithms, including semantic and numeric reasoning to manage AI system risks.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and international policy experts to meet project objectives and understand requirements.
  • Scalable AI Solutions: Develop machine learning models to process unstructured data and manage AI system risks.
  • Compliance & Standards: Stay updated on AI research advancements and international policies, integrating them into AIQURIS’ platform.
  • Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning.

Job Requirements:

  • Expertise in semantic modeling, graph reasoning, and algorithm complexity analysis.
  • Proven experience in algorithm development, especially in machine learning and AI applications.
  • Proficiency in Python and C++ with experience in model-based testing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on experience in model development and evaluation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional environment.
  • Experience with formal methods, proof theory, and tools like SMT solvers is a plus.
