Job Overview:

As a Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner, you will be in charge of managing both his personal and corporate agendas, and handle all his appointments and personal errands with discretion. This role will suit someone who thrives on proactive problem-solving in an organised and efficient manner.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Partner, including scheduling his personal meetings and private appointments across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the Managing Partner.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the Managing Partner’s personal lines of business, private stakeholders and personal contacts, while upholding the highly professional demeanour expected of his representative.
  • Manage and prepare expenses, budgets and personal claims.
  • Handle private and confidential information with due discretion.
  • Provide operational support as needed, including coordinating meetings by booking conference rooms, setting up logistics and managing materials and refreshments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of minimally 5-10 years in a Personal Assistant role supporting minimally D-level executives
  • Prior experience in fund houses/investment firms preferred
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organisational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with professional conduct in all channels
  • Possess a can-do attitude and complete tasks efficiently
  • Ability to adapt to unfamiliar situations, with the resourcefulness to problem-solve quickly
