Job Description

  • Provide technical support to our customers on Data Security product suite as per SLA.
  • Support system deployment and User acceptance Testing.
  • Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to provide timely resolution for our customer.
  • Carry out planned upgrade and migration work.
  • Review and improve process flow as part of continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Responsible for maintaining technical documentations in the Knowledge Base.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Technical Support Engineer.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on IT system delivery .
  • Strong technical knowledge in IT infrastructure technologies, including networking, virtualization, and related areas.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently, managing multiple customer accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in supporting government agency is preferred.
  • Prior experience in Cryptography would be advantageous.
