As the Director of Change (Business) & Communication, you will lead and manage business-driven change programs, ensuring seamless execution across the organization. Your focus will be on developing and delivering communication strategies that enhance engagement, alignment, and support for key transformation initiatives. This is a strategic leadership role that requires strong business acumen, influencing skills, and the ability to drive change in a complex, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale business change programs, ensuring alignment with overall company strategy.
- Develop and implement effective communication frameworks that support business transformation and enhance employee engagement.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment and cohesion across all levels of the organization.
- Champion a culture of change, ensuring that employees are informed, motivated, and supported throughout the transformation journey.
- Assess change impacts, identify risks, and proactively manage stakeholder expectations.
- Measure and monitor the success of change and communication efforts, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.

Requirements
- 10+ years experience in leading business change and communication strategies within a financial services environment.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering complex change programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in fast-paced, highly regulated sectors such as banking, insurance, or financial services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to manage risk and navigate organizational complexity.
- Ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
