Job Descriptions:

  • Oversee day to day operations of 19 retail stores including inventory management, store layouts, visual merchandising, and customer service
  • Lead and manage a team of Retail Managers and Operations Support teams
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient operations across all stores
  • Monitor and analyze store performance and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Logistics, HR, Omni Channel and Finance, to align operational strategies and goals
  • Lead and motivate the Operations team to achieve targets and objectives
  • Develop and review Operations related processes to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Manage relationships with internal & external vendors, suppliers, and service providers
  • Participate in the development of annual budgets and monitor expenditures to ensure cost efficiency
  • Conduct regular store visits to assess store operations and provide guidance to store teams
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail, Operations, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Management level in retail operations, preferably in the travel retail or FMCG industry
  • Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and driving operational excellence
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team
