About the job

You will be involved in building world-class teams and attracting talent to join our portfolio companies and Openspace. This includes sourcing candidates, screening and interviewing, negotiating offers, onboarding new hires, and developing long-term strategies to attract and retain top talent.

You get excited at the prospect of ramping up and learning new subject matter to properly identify talent and speak credibly to them. You will collaborate closely with executive teams to fill key strategic positions. This role requires exceptional influencing skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where successful outcomes are recognized and celebrated.

Responsibilities

  • Manage internal recruitment and talent pipeline requirements for the firm.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership across Openspace Portfolio to understand their recruitment needs and create customised sourcing strategies to meet those needs effectively.
  • Utilise advanced sourcing techniques and networking to identify, attract, and engage high-calibre candidates.
  • Manage the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' capabilities, motivations and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain an active talent pipeline.
  • Research on the industry talent trends and market intelligence, providing feedback and comprehensive talent market mapping to business stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date on recruitment best practices and industry trends.
  • Produce recruitment metrics reports and analysis to monitor effectiveness and generate insights for strategy improvement and new opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

What we look for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience working in a fast paced environment, past experience in Agency recruiting and Consulting firm would be advantageous.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful talent acquisition strategies.
  • Proven experience in recruiting and sourcing senior to executive level positions across SEA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with candidates and stakeholders at a leadership level
  • Analytical mindset, able to leverage data and metrics to drive recruitment strategies and decision-making.
  • Self-motivated and independent; able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to learn about new markets and run a thorough recruiting process, including leadership applicant research, outreach, engagement, evaluation and presentation.
  • Excellent consultative skills and domain expertise to build productive partnerships with Portfolio company leaders.
  • Curious about and have a genuine and deep passion for working with and understanding people
