About Our Internship Opportunities

The following internship opportunity is available on a rolling basis, for the first half of the year:

1. Media Intern

Media Interns will be responsible for supporting our media/digital teams in the day-to-day media planning and operations across offline and digital channels.

Integrated Media Planning (Offline and Online)

  • Work closely with the team to present media recommendations on offline and/or online media platforms (e.g. FTA, Radio, Out-of-Home, Press, KOL / Influencer, Social, Digital, Display and Mobile) to help clients achieve their business goals
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of campaign operations (e.g. ensure campaigns are delivered on time, in accordance with planned launch dates)
  • Deliver interim and post-campaign reports to provide insight and recommendations on the media performance
  • Use analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Appflyers) to understand the impact of media activity on business performance and use this insight to supplement reports

Campaign Implementation / Operations

  • Work with media traders to coordinate the end-to-end execution of the campaign proposals
  • Book and activate campaigns across offline and online media platforms
  • Support digital ad operations, including review of creative assets in accordance with channel specifications and ad trafficking
  • Liaise with clients for material submission which meet the best practice guidelines for the ad format; work with media owners to ensure that the guidelines are up to date and accurate
  • Monitor and optimise campaign performance across channels such as Facebook, Display and Google Ads

You will develop an understanding of media planning and buying strategies across offline and online platforms (across FTA, Radio, Out-of-Home, Press, KOL / Influencer, Social, Digital and Mobile, etc.)

Requirements for all roles:

  • Tertiary education in marketing, communications, or other relevant disciplines
  • Competency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Qualities we are looking for:

  • Interest in the media and advertising landscape in Singapore
  • Pro-active, responsible, accountable, and collaborative
  • Highly analytical, well-organised and has great attention to detail with a focus on quality of results
  • Persuasive and effective communicator; possess strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal)
