  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are currently working with an APAC Real Estate Investment Management firm on an Associate hire in Singapore. With over US50bn in assets under management, this person will be responsible for performing a range of duties from investment management, through to capital raising and portfolio management responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the preparation of deal memos and assist in Investment Committee presentations.
  • Building of excel based models to value portfolios.
  • Assist with economic, demographic and market research and evaluate key demand drivers.
  • Work with finance, legal and tax with structuring, review of project pipeline, and Investor Relations.
  • Assist in deal closing with legal counsel, back and middle office.
  • Work with Country Heads for asset management related deliverables and monitoring of investments.
  • Assist with drafting of Request for Proposals (RFP) and presentations to clients and prospects.

Requirements:

  • 5 – 9 years of relevant experience in a top-tier private equity fund or investment bank.
  • Experience in investment banking, private equity, or similar work experience.
  • Self-starter, maturity, organized, problem-solving and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiar with Excel – keen to work on complex financial analysis and modelling skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office, PowerPoint and excel valuation modeling.
  • Adaptable and willingness to work in a boutique, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to communicate complex, abstract and/or difficult messages in succinct manner to internal and external stakeholders.
