Project Engineers

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support:

• Assist in coordinating Contractor’s engineering submissions and clarifications.
• Provide technical assistance and engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
  
  
  

Project Coordination

• Assist in the supervision of the project, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations.
• Lead and liaise with contractors & stake holders to coordinate services and deliverables.
  
  
  

Documentation And Compliance

• Review and approve Contractor’s submissions including design calculations, drawings, and reports.
• Ensure all submissions comply with local authorities' regulations and Building Information Modelling (BIM) requirements.
  
  
  

Meetings And Reporting

• Attend and contribute to design and installation coordination meetings.
• Convene bi-weekly/monthly progress meetings, review progress reports, and submit updates to the Project Manager.
  
  
  

Quality Control And Safety

• Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards and the Company’s latest safety directives.
• Participate in Project Safety Reviews and promote a safe working environment.
  
  
  

Project Management

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring to ensure timely completion.
• Anticipate potential delays and propose mitigation measures to keep the project on track.
  
  
  

Financial Management

• Review and verify payment claims from Contractors.
• Assist in the preparation of project cost estimates, cash flow analysis, and final bill of quantity.
  
  
  

Communication And Liaison

• Engage with external agencies and stakeholders to facilitate coordination for project-related works.
• Provide technical recommendations and assist in resolving project-related issues and disputes.
