Technical Support:
- Assist in coordinating Contractor’s engineering submissions and clarifications.
- Provide technical assistance and engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in the supervision of the project, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations.
- Lead and liaise with contractors & stake holders to coordinate services and deliverables.
- Review and approve Contractor’s submissions including design calculations, drawings, and reports.
- Ensure all submissions comply with local authorities' regulations and Building Information Modelling (BIM) requirements.
- Attend and contribute to design and installation coordination meetings.
- Convene bi-weekly/monthly progress meetings, review progress reports, and submit updates to the Project Manager.
- Ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards and the Company’s latest safety directives.
- Participate in Project Safety Reviews and promote a safe working environment.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and monitoring to ensure timely completion.
- Anticipate potential delays and propose mitigation measures to keep the project on track.
- Review and verify payment claims from Contractors.
- Assist in the preparation of project cost estimates, cash flow analysis, and final bill of quantity.
- Engage with external agencies and stakeholders to facilitate coordination for project-related works.
- Provide technical recommendations and assist in resolving project-related issues and disputes.
