Job Description
The GrabFin Lending team is responsible for sculpting the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for our extensive array of partner lending programs in Singapore. We are inviting you to be part of our dynamic commercial team that plays a pivotal role in catalysing growth throughout our robust partner lending ecosystem.

Job Description
The GrabFin Lending team is responsible for sculpting the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for our extensive array of partner lending programs in Singapore. The Critical Tasks You will Perform
- Build comprehensive dashboards to track performance and key metrics across all lending programs
- Conduct data analysis to evaluate performance of business initiatives
- Execute and streamline day to day operations and administrative work across all lending programs
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for business operations and marketing execution
- Account management across partnering merchants (eg. Troubleshooting product issues, Communicating and respond to merchants queries)
- Daily monitoring and tracking of inventory across all partnering merchants
- Manage consumer experience by performing segmented market research to ensure lending programs align with consumers' needs
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- You have a minimum of 3 years experience in Data Analytics, Business and Strategy.
- You have strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- You are comfortable working with large datasets, making use of graphs, models, and equations to delve into trends and derive actionable steps.
- You are customer-obsessed.
- You have high levels of adaptability, comfortable with ambiguity and tight deadlines, and working in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex; Ambiguous) environment.
