Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Facilities Manager located in Singapore. The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, security, and overall functioning of the company's facilities. Daily tasks include managing repairs, coordinating cleaning services, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and supervising facility staff.

- Knowledge of Safety Regulations and Compliance
- Experience in coordinating Cleaning Services
- Excellent Organizational and Problem-Solving skills
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to Prioritize and Manage Multiple Tasks
- Experience with Budgeting and Cost Control
- Proficiency in German language is a plus
