Main Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
- Assist senior sales colleagues in managing client relationships and communication with wealth management platforms and private banks.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare marketing materials, presentations, and pitchbooks for client meetings.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and market trends.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market developments.
Client Relationship Management
- Support senior sales colleagues in building and maintaining strong relationships with institutional clients, including wealth management platforms and private banks.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide prompt assistance in resolving issues or concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of client requests and information.
Product Knowledge and Training
- Develop a solid understanding of the features and benefits of overseas structured bonds.
- Stay updated on market trends, investment strategies, and regulatory changes affecting structured bond sales.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Sales Administration
- Assist in the preparation and review of sales contracts, agreements, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and progress in the sales pipeline
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the sales team and other internal stakeholders to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Support colleagues in organizing client events, roadshows, and other promotional activities.
- Share market insights, client feedback, and best practices with the team to improve sales effectiveness.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, computer engineering or a related field.
- Strong interest in financial markets and investment products, particularly structured bonds.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to team goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Language programming (especially Python) is required.
