About The Role

Team and Work Management

  • Work with a team of highly engaged and inspired members, delivering at optimum potential
  • Ensure campaigns are run smoothly and without escalations
  • Business management skills including finances, budgeting, etc
  • End-to-end management of vendors and budgets

Content & Campaign Management

  • Be a trusted advisor to different stakeholders and units as part of the project’s management and execution
  • Deliver pivotal pieces on behalf of the CIO/COO office and beyond
  • Deliver content including slides, talking points and articles that reflect the senior management strategy and thoughts - Responsible for content strategising and execution to deliver successful results
  • Independently work with stakeholders across the bank, to suggest story formats and convert them into articles
  • Establish an internal communications strategy for Tech, demonstrating deep understanding of the company’s goals and values
  • Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to enhance Tech Comms and Branding team’s value offering
  • Responsible for campaign strategies and oversight to deliver successful results. Work with and guide team members on building and utilising existing and new channels for maximum impact – both through creatives and messaging
  • Improve campaign performance through analytics and a deep understanding of the available levers internally

Event Management and Outreach Initiatives

  • Develop and execute internal communications strategy and events to drive Tech agenda
  • Work with the different teams within COO to build events from the ground up, looking at the delivery from end to end – from planning of the event, to preparation and execution on actual day
  • Lead and own engagement projects working with vendors to ensure complete assigned tasks end-to-end successfully
  • Focus on seamless execution and maximum participation for all events, like townhalls and conferences to engagement and volunteering activities

Requirements

  • Internal communications professional with 6-10 years of experience who has led corporates to effectively cascade group messages and deliver campaigns that engage employees
  • Adept at collaborating and managing multiple stakeholders. Able to understand business priorities and effectively build campaigns that can drive results
  • Experience in working in the intense work environments of a Public Relations/Communications firm, managing multiple deliverables/campaigns effortlessly
  • With a proven flair for writing corporate and consumer pieces that create interest and drive curiosity amongst readers
  • Experience in managing events is preferred
