About the Role:
Join the Exhibitions team and create memorable experience as a Assistant Manager, Exhibitions.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and Implement exhibition experiences, encompassing content scoping, ideation, timeline and budget management, project oversight, script development, and stakeholder management to ensure successful and timely project delivery within budget.
- Conduct post-project reviews, collaborate with department heads to assess impact, employ formative and summative methodologies, communicate risks to the team, and work on risk mitigation.
- Organize cross-departmental events to foster engagement, ensuring smooth operations, and promoting high performance and well-being is a key aspect of the role. This includes organizing talks, forums, and competitions, providing training, conducting check-ins with staff, and promoting organizational culture.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have a Degree in Science or its equivalent, along with a strong understanding or experience in scientific principles and/or research, science communication and project management. Experience in museum interpretive studies is an added advantage.
