Our client is a leading eDiscovery provider that thrives on leveraging cutting-edge technology, and transforming how legal professionals navigate digital data. Due to continued growth in the APAC region, our client has a new headcount for a Delivery Leader to help manage the service delivery of a leading eDiscovery provider in Singapore.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day management of the Delivery team, driving excellence.
  • Ensuring over 99% of all data services deliverables are delivered error-free and on time.
  • Developing, training, and mentoring team members to enable them to be successful in their roles.
  • The continuous improvement of eDiscovery workflows and operating procedures.
  • Implementation and compliance of new directives, technologies, and workflows as set out by senior management.
  • Enforcement of company standards and expectations at all levels in the delivery organisation.
  • Communication with all business areas, including Fulfilment, Forensics, IT, and Sales. Escalating issues when they arise to senior management.
  • Ensuring 100 %-time compliance and accurate billing for all direct reports.
  • Working closely with Lineal development and support teams to help identify and develop tech opportunities.
  • Design and establish policies that promote company culture and vision.


Position Requirements:

  • 8+ years experience working in eDiscovery or Digital forensic fields with a proven track record for delivering excellence.
  • 3+ years experience in managing and leading a technical team.
  • Extensive knowledge of the EDRM and e-discovery practices.
  • Experience working with processing and data review platforms like Nuix and Relativity.
  • Educated to degree level or proven industry-recognized training with certifications such as CEDS, RCA, and EnCE.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with eDiscovery technical teams and non-technical business leaders.
  • Strong aptitude for creative and critical thought; eager to apply analytical skills and resourcefulness to problem-solving.
  • Seeks opportunities for continuous improvement, even if it's not within the data services department.
  • Ability to adapt to change and motivate people.
  • Ability to multi-task, maintain composure under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Able to challenge the norm, embrace and suggest change where needed.
  • Willingness to learn, take up new initiatives and excel in unstructured situations.
