Reporting to the General Manager, the Head (Business Support for F&B) will lead Business Support and Administration teams and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive key business strategies and transformations in driving growth and cost efficiencies.

Job Description

  • Lead and manage multiple teams including Business Support and Administration departments, ensure alignment with enterprise and organizational objectives.
  • Ensure team efficiency, timely delivery of deadlines and deliverables contributing to growth and cost efficiencies across the business.
  • Develop, align and lead strategic initiatives focused on digitalisation, automation, implementation of dashboards, business intelligence tools, competitive benchmarking, and the development of key business insights and strategies.
  • Ensure management remains focused on key priorities, align strategies with enterprise and corporate objectives, and drive both growth and cost efficiencies.
  • Develop stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and analytical skills within the team to effectively respond to competition and market dynamics.
  • Facilitate collaborations across internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Serves as the primary liaison for external stakeholders, including customers, government agencies and ministerial officers, to ensure clear communication and prompt issue resolution.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Management or any related disciplines.
  • At least 5 to 10 year(s) of working experience in F&B or service-related industries.
  • Good business acumen and commercial skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to align business goals with broader corporate objectives while ensuring focus on key priorities.
  • Excellent stakeholder and team management skills, with strong abilities to manage complexities and deliver through others.
  • Proven abilities to lead and manage multiple teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and delivering results.
  • Strong experience in spearheading strategic initiatives, particularly in areas of digitalisation, automation, business intelligence, dashboard implementation, and competitive benchmarking, with a focus on achieving key business insights, process improvements and efficiencies.
