Morgan McKinley is partnering with one of UK's top organizations in event management and communications for a Digital Marketing Manager role.

This is an individual contributor role based in Singapore, with your directing reporting line based in the UK. It is a 50-50 strategic and executional role.

Job Description:

  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to attract and convert qualified leads for B2B event management services.
  • SEO/SEM Management: Optimize website content and manage paid search campaigns to drive organic and paid traffic, improving visibility and search rankings.
  • Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and monitor multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
  • Marketing Automation: Understand lifecycle marketing and utilize HubSpot to automate marketing processes, nurture leads, and track customer engagement.
  • Content Optimization: Collaborate with the content team to enhance content for SEO and SEM, ensuring alignment with lead generation goals.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use Google Analytics and other analytics tools to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals, ensuring a seamless lead handover and optimizing the sales funnel.
  • A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing strategies to enhance conversion rates on websites and landing pages, and reducing the cost per click.
  • Data-Driven Strategy: Continuously analyze data to refine marketing strategies, optimize performance, and support business growth.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 5 years' experience in B2B digital marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation and campaign management.
  • Proficient in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other digital marketing tools. Experience with PPC and content marketing is a plus.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
  • Proactiveness and someone who always finds a better way to do things.
