About the role:

The role will be based in Singapore office, reporting to our Omnichannel Sales Lead (Singapore & Emerging Markets)

The Impact you’ll make:

Create value jointly between Versuni and retailers for an exciting consumer decision journey. Drives sustainable growth of these accounts, decides where investment of time/resources is needed and corrects in real time action plans according to performance.

  • Leads a multi-year partnership as enabler of profitable growth and delivers Joint Business Plan targets (JBP)
  • Negotiates win/win contract as foundation of robust JBP in compliance with Commercial Policy
  • Establishes the optimal up-to-date offer with the best value extraction for market growth.
  • Develops the brand equity for loyal Versuni shopper with optimal ROI of trade terms & retail advertising.
  • Strives for healthy trade inventory for cash flow and onshelf/online availability.
  • Turns real-time performance insights from internal/external data pools into proactive improvements actions.
  • Delivers on business and operational targets, including profit per SKU, iVM & in-store-shares.
  • Manages additional projects while maintaining current book of business, such as mentorship, competitive analysis, and sales analysis as needed.
  • Assists internal partners to drive change, remove roadblocks, and close business.

The Skills and Knowledge you’ll bring:

  • 5-10 years of experience in Sales or Key Account Management
  • Must have both channel management and distribution management experience
  • Strong negotiation skills would be highly advantageous
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent level in key account management/ sales
  • Fluent in English
  • Knowledge in sales strategy & digital sales, sales execution, promotion effectiveness, negotiation, pricing and value extraction, portfolio segmentation
