Job Description:
• Managing the whole business operation of the platform business.
• Maintaining and improving the quality of the platform.
• Ensuring all users’ expectations and satisfaction are met.
• In-charge of revenue growth and accountable for Profit & Loss report (only for General Manager).
• Lead a team consist of Product, Operations, Project, and Business Development.
• Guiding, training, and ensuring the teams run efficiently and effectively.
• Creating strategies to achieve goals and higher revenue through marketing, promotions, partnerships, etc.
• Monitoring budget and expenses.
• Planning and executing strategies for the business expansion.
• Building and maintaining communication and relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
• Co-work with Tech team for product enhancements and product roadmap
• Co-work with HR, Legal, Operations, and other departments to ensure smooth operations of the business
• To work together within management to foster a good, healthy, and positive team's dynamics within the region
• Co-work and be involved to deepen clients' relationship through referral between business unit
• All ad-hoc assignments given by Regional Managing Director
Requirements:
• Min. 2 years’ experience as a Commercial Manager or General Manager or similar roles, preferably from the B2B academy or training digital industry.
• Proven portfolio from the previous roles.
• Deep knowledge of digital channels, website development, SEO/SEM, social media, digital marketing campaigns.
• Experience in doing business development or partnership.
• Good knowledge of business process and functions such as manpower, operations, finance, etc.
• High level of organization, management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Agile and able to multi-task.
• High level of problem-solving skill.
• Strong analytical skill.
• Ambitious and target driven.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment under high pressure.
