Job Description:

• * Responsible for order processing, administration and management of Material orders received from customers.

• Build and maintain customer satisfaction with quick response times to all customer requests and inquiries.

• Create shipping documents and perform good receipts in SAP.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure orders are dispatched and delivered on time and meet customer expectations.

• Maintain accurate customers' order records on the monitoring sheet, including customer specific information, sales contracts/quotation, labelling and packing and delivery requirements.

• Coordinate and liaise with the warehousing and logistics vendors to ensure smooth operation.

• Ensure correctness and accuracy of inventory in the warehouse

• Prepare SAP Monthly health checks for the month end closing.

• Take an initiative to resolve & handle exceptions in the operation

• Ensure proper and prompt archival of documents.

• Verify and Submit the freight bills timely to the account department for payment.

• Communication and collaboration with customers, operations, sales and our shared service center team

• Back up operation team.

• Manage a quotation and adhere to the pricing strategies set by business heads

• Prepare sales budget, sales reports, and monthly SAP SD health checks (sales and distribution)

• Perform stock allocation, managing inventory, weekly inventory report

• Any ad hoc requests from sales team.

• Update a purchase price list and Issue Purchasing Requisition / Purchase Order.

• Liaise and build a rapport with the suppliers.

• Highlight any price changes or potential supply issue to business heads.

• Monitor suppliers' lead time and ensuring prompt incoming deliveries

• Timely submission of suppliers' invoices to account department for payment.

Job Requirement

• Proficient in SAP

• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in order management, customer SCM, delivery operation with shipping knowledge (including transportation of dangerous goods and Incoterms).

• Knowledge of Letter of Credit is a plus.

• Knowledge of 3PL service providers (including shipping and trucking)

• Proficient in Microsoft words & Excel, PowerPoint (Intermediate Excel skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
