Position Overview

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and executing successful growth strategies. As the Head of Growth, your primary goal is to drive sustainable and comprehensive growth for the entire organization. You will collaborate with various departments in aligning different functions toward common growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential areas for expansion.
  • Analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform growth strategies.
  • Actively engages in experimentation and testing to identify new opportunities for business expansion.

Develop and Implement Growth Strategies:

  • Develop a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of growth strategies
  • Identify and prioritize key growth opportunities and channels.

Product and Service Expansion:

  • Assess opportunities for expanding the product or service offerings to meet customer needs.
  • Introduce new features, improvements, or variations to attract a broader customer base.

Data Analytics:

  • Utilise data and analytics tools to assess the performance of growth initiatives.
  • Make informed decisions based on data insights, adjusting strategies as needed.

Partnerships and Alliances:

  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and alliances that contribute to business growth
  • Collaborate with external partners to implement joint initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Growth Lead in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong Strategic Thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results.
  • Data-driven decision making with a deep understanding of the market and customer needs.
  • Experience in the e-commerce industry is a bonus!
