What The Role Is

You lead the implementation of National Service (NS) policies, including NS Training development and execution.

What You Will Be Working On

Your responsibilities include maintaining oversight of all NS staffing and manning requirements with various stakeholders, collaborating to optimise the employment of NS resources, and designing and implementing NS training plans to ensure high competency levels for Operationally Ready National Servicemen (NSmen) in the formation. You also represent the Formation at key meetings related to NS affairs and oversee the development and performance of the Formation NS training system in accordance with SAF NS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Your challenges lie in managing various stakeholders with different needs to achieve desired outcomes, as well as being familiar with NS policies to drive change and improvement.

What We Are Looking For

You must have a tertiary qualification, with at least 6 years' relevant experience in training and development. Possession of good communication skills is essential to engage and handle diverse personalities.
