Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HSSE Supt at OHC Shipmanagement Pte Ltd in Jurong East. The HSSE Supt will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, security, and environmental regulations in the marine industry. The role involves implementing and maintaining HSSE policies, conducting risk assessments, overseeing emergency response procedures, and collaborating with stakeholders to promote a culture of safety.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of health, safety, security, and environmental regulations in the marine industry
  • Experience in developing and implementing HSSE policies and procedures
  • Strong analytical and risk assessment skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Certifications in Internal Audit, investigation, DPA and CSO.
  • Previous experience in ship management or the maritime industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, min COC Class 2 or related field.
  • Familiar with ISM / ISSC / MLC / SOLAS / Marpol requirements.
