My client is embarking on a digital transformation journey with major CRM initiative aimed at achieving consumer-centricity, seamless brand experiences, and digital strategy optimization. The goal is to standardize, simplify, and scale CRM systems across regions, leveraging existing implementations in North Asia. We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support on the Discovery and Design phases of the project.
The Role
- Document current CRM functionalities and integration landscape for South Asia Pacific, Middel East and North Africa regions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business requirements and define the functional specifications for the new CRM system.
- Stakeholders include Program Manager, Technical Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and external technical vendors.
- Translate requirements into user stories, ensuring clear acceptance criteria approved by business stakeholders.
- Support the program manager during the Discovery and Design phases, working closely with the solutions architect.
- Report to the SAPMENA Program Manager.
- 4-7 years of experience in digital transformation projects, with roles such as Business Analyst or Project Manager.
- Proven expertise in system implementation, multi-system integration, and complex data migration.
- Strong ability to gather business requirements, document as-is models, and define to-be operating models.
- Hands-on experience leading one or more phases of the Software Development Life Cycle, in the Discovery, Design, and Development stages.
- Skilled at managing discussions with both business and IT stakeholders, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to address issues and drive stakeholder engagement.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- ITIL certification.
- Experience with ServiceNow.
- Proven project management experience using PMI methodologies, with PMP certification.
