Overview:

You will support the management team in achieving the company's business objectives while fulfilling your primary responsibilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Assist the Customer Service team by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
  2. Process orders accurately by verifying and handling Collection Orders/Delivery Orders (CODO) and matching them with Purchase Orders (PO).
  3. Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries by coordinating with other departments to maintain customer satisfaction.
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
  5. Prepare monthly reports and consolidated figures as required by the customer.
  6. Submit daily collection data to the NEA e-tracking system.
  7. Coordinate with the Transport department to schedule collection dates and times.
  8. Liaise with Operations to meet customer requirements.
  9. Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with customers and team members.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum GCE ‘N/O’ Levels with 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  3. Customer service-oriented, positive, and highly motivated.
  4. Target-driven with a can-do attitude.
  5. Excellent communication skills.
  6. Well-groomed, with good interpersonal skills and confidence.
