Overview:
You will support the management team in achieving the company's business objectives while fulfilling your primary responsibilities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Customer Service team by responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
- Process orders accurately by verifying and handling Collection Orders/Delivery Orders (CODO) and matching them with Purchase Orders (PO).
- Ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries by coordinating with other departments to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
- Prepare monthly reports and consolidated figures as required by the customer.
- Submit daily collection data to the NEA e-tracking system.
- Coordinate with the Transport department to schedule collection dates and times.
- Liaise with Operations to meet customer requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with customers and team members.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘N/O’ Levels with 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Customer service-oriented, positive, and highly motivated.
- Target-driven with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Well-groomed, with good interpersonal skills and confidence.
