  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Our client is looking for an application specialist to manage their IVD analyser portfolio and support healthcare customers in Singapore and distributors across APAC. This is also a suitable role for a candidate with medical technologist background

Responsibilities

  • Pre-sales, & post-sales activities, market adoption, and project execution.
  • Provide end-user training and presentation to customers and distributors
  • Provide and maintain excellent customer service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction is achieved at all times.
  • Support resolution of customer complaints and corrective/preventive actions across a professional and timely manner
  • Provide and maintain excellent customer service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction is achieved at all times.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams – from Medical Affairs, Regional marketing and Legal

Requirements

  • Diploma in Medical Technology
  • At least 5 years of experience in Medical Technology practice
  • PC literate (Excel, Words, Power Point)
  • Maintains at all times the highest standards of professional and personal conduct, in thoughts, in words, & in actions.
  • Able to travel between 20% - 40% per year
