Reporting in to the VP, Business Development, the Executive/Senior Executive, Business Development is part of the team in a dynamic corporate healthcare environment. The candidate will take ownership of assigned leads and ensure pre and post sales activities are smoothly coordinated. The role involves interactions with external prospects and clients together with working with internal stakeholders to deliver a positive sales outcome.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Completion of Assigned task within the given timeline
  • Tracking and achieving annual business revenue targets
  • Creating and maintain relationships with prospects and clients

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and drive new business revenues from potential prospects including direct corporate clients and insurance brokers.
  • Generate and qualify new leads and be resourceful in using multiple approaches to penetrate prospective accounts.
  • Build, execute and drive business development strategies for managed care services, clinical services and wellness programs;
  • Articulate compelling value propositions around our primary and allied care services
  • Nurture and grow relationships with potential leads and clients;
  • Lead initiatives and develop strategies to grow our business through new activities, campaigns, and proposals;
  • Customer centric to drive value-added initiatives that address client needs and retain our clients in the long-run;
  • Develop and execute on strategies to convert sales leads generated by alternative channels

Skillsets:

  • Relevant working experience in a servicing role in corporate healthcare industry would be a plus
  • Experience in understanding how the corporate healthcare industry in Singapore works would be a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; a persuasive and passionate communicator
  • Possess good people management & influencing skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to forge collaborative working relationships with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to understand the lab blood tests, radiologic tests, and common health screening tests would be a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum diploma educated. Any course disciple.
  • Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in corporate healthcare industry and/or managing claims, insurance specific functions is preferred.
