Responsibilities

To assist senior Relationship Managers in providing private banking service to clients
To answer client enquiries on financial markets and account information in a polite and professional manner
To provide first-class customer service which meet the standards/requirements/guidelines prescribed by all concerned regulators as well as the Bank
To recommend products and services to meet the needs, risk profiles and affordability of customers whom will be provided with clear and accurate information and kept informed throughout and after the sales process
To provide professional and appropriate advice in the best interests of customers and with regard to their unique circumstances
To prepare documentation for opening of new client accounts
To assist senior Relationship Managers to take clients’ orders for securities investment and other banking transactions
To assist senior Relationship Managers in preparing credit proposals, credit amendments and credit reviews
To monitor remittance, loans and deposits, and securities investment transactions pending for settlement upon value day
To assist senior Relationship Managers in the daily monitoring of collateral and loan positions for all credit facilities
To be responsible for maintaining and safekeeping client records and files
