Finance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our finance team, overseeing all financial operations, reporting, and compliance. This role requires expertise in managing core financial processes, including the preparation of financial statements, cash flow forecasting, and regulatory submissions, while continuously enhancing systems and supporting the establishment of new business entities. As the primary liaison with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities, the Finance Manager will ensure strict adherence to accounting standards and financial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring smooth daily finance operations, including month-end and year-end closing of accounts.
• Oversee the preparation and delivery of timely, accurate financial and management reports for key stakeholders.
• Review and analyze management accounts for subsidiaries and the Group’s consolidated financial statements.
• Manage and monitor monthly cash flow forecasts, ensuring optimal fund allocation across Group entities.
• Oversee and review quarterly GST submissions to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Act as the main liaison with external/internal auditors, tax agents, corporate secretaries, and government authorities on audit, tax, and statutory matters.
• Ensure adherence to the Group's accounting policies, procedures, and financial regulations.
• Drive system implementations and enhance internal control frameworks for continuous improvement.
• Provide financial support to operations teams during the establishment of new entities, such as companies or clinics.
• Handle additional duties and projects as required by senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) Singapore or ACCA qualification.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• Prior experience in Big 4 audit firms is highly desirable.
• Good understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
• Strong organizational, management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain a strategic view while ensuring the processes and procedures produce accurate deliverables.
• Meticulous with strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience with SAP Business One is an advantage.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
