Field Service Engineer (Medical Equipments)

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Field Service Engineer (Medical Equipments):

Job Responsibilities

• Planning of corrective and preventive action visits for company's Singapore customers
• Provide technical support to local (SG) customers as needed to ensure customer needs are met
• Adhere to procedures and processes to ensure departments KPI are met
• Report issues and customer feedbacks to supervisor or regional support team on a monthly basis
• Manage key accounts that are being assigned
• Provide 24hrs standby for local customers on a weekly rotational basis
• Any other matter as request by team leader
  
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Biomedical / Mechatronics / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2-5 years or more of relevant field service experience in In Vitro Diagnostics or medical devices
• Experience in handling of Hematology, Coagulation, Urinalysis products an added advantage
• Prefer to have experience in handling medical devices including troubleshooting and servicing
• Must be PC literate and able to provide technical support for IT products
• Conduct with professionalism with strong interpersonal skills and customer focused
• Positive working attitude with a sense of urgency and result oriented
  
  
  

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 4,500 +OT +Shift Allowance +AWS +VB
• Working Location: Central
