  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for an experienced lead developer to join our growing team. We Develop a new generation of tech for the midstream oil and gas industry, specifically for fleet operations. We expect that the candidate will be familiar with the following stack of technologies, and could handle mentioned responsibilities.

1. Full-Stack Development Expertise

  • Front-End: Strong proficiency in front-end frameworks like HTML/CSS (Tailwind), React, Angular, Vue.js, and Nuxt.js, with experience creating user-friendly, responsive web interfaces tailored for monitoring and analytics systems.
  • Back-End: Expertise in back-end development using Node.j , Python (Django/Flask), or Ruby on Rails, focusing on building scalable APIs, data services, and microservice architectures.
  • Database Management: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB), designing efficient data models for real-time monitoring and large datasets.
  • Real-Time Systems: Hands-on experience building real-time data processing and streaming systems for fleet monitoring, using technologies like WebSockets or MQTT.

2. SaaS Development for Fleet/Asset Monitoring

  • SaaS Expertise: Proven track record of developing and maintaining cloud-based SaaS platforms, with a focus on asset tracking, fleet management, or other real-time monitoring applications.
  • Cloud Infrastructure (AWS): Advanced knowledge of AWS, including EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, and CloudFormation for deployment, scaling, and maintaining SaaS applications in a secure, reliable environment.
  • Performance & Scalability: Experience designing systems that can handle large-scale fleet or asset data efficiently, with a focus on performance optimization, high availability, and low-latency data retrieval.

3. DevOps & Security

  • CI/CD Pipelines: Extensive experience with continuous integration and deployment practices, using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI (Preferable), or CircleCI to ensure rapid, stable releases.
  • Security: Familiarity with industry-standard security practices, including data encryption, user authentication, and compliance with fleet management regulations.

4. AI/GenAI Integration

  • AI/ML for Predictive Insights: Some experience with AI/ML tools and frameworks for predictive analytics, asset maintenance, or performance optimization. Integration of AI-driven features as part of fleet/asset monitoring.
  • GenAI (Langchain) & NLP: Basic knowledge of GenAI and NLP for automating reporting, alerts, and user communication systems within the SaaS platform.

5. Leadership & Collaboration

  • Team Management: Experience managing full-stack development teams, emphasising collaboration between front-end, back-end, and data teams.
  • Cross-Functional Skills: Ability to work closely with product, operations, and sales teams to align the development roadmap with the overall business strategy for fleet/asset monitoring.
