Job Description:

As a R&D Process Engineer/Senior Engineer, you will develop and optimize manufacturing processes for advanced products, design and implement process improvements, conduct experiments, analyze data for efficiency and quality, collaborate with cross-functional teams, integrate new technologies, troubleshoot issues, and ensure processes meet specifications while developing documentation and providing technical support.

Remarkable impacts that you will make:

  • Production Conditions: Establish and standardize production conditions for FCBGA manufacturing.
  • Quality and Yield: Oversee tasks to improve product yield and maintain quality stability.
  • Process Optimization: Optimize conditions for resin application, laser processing, plating, circuit formation, and other production processes.
  • Productivity Enhancement: Enhance productivity through standardization, work procedure reviews, and automation.
  • Material and Equipment Evaluation: Select, evaluate, and set up materials and equipment used in production and inspection.
  • Process Change Management: Manage and implement process changes, including verifying design rules and integrating new materials.
  • Customer Technical Meetings: Conduct technical meetings with customers to resolve issues and inquiries.

The successful candidate should possess the following:

  • Qualifications: At least a Diploma; experience in semiconductor back-end processes preferred.
  • Skills: Knowledge of the semiconductor industry, basic understanding of chemistry, electrical, and mechanical fields; familiarity with quality management and measurement tools preferred.
  • Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent listening skills, and proficient in project management.
  • Attributes: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, global perspective, and genuine demeanor.
