The Opportunity

  • Salary: Up to $5600
  • 6 months contract

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare payroll action items, ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for SEA by working closing with third party payroll vendor. This includes income tax submission.
  • Support in the implementation of global payroll vendor
  • Work closely with Bunge Business Services (BBS) in providing support on benefits and leave enrolment for employees
  • Support HR Business Partner in employee life cycle activities which include on-boarding and off-boarding activities etc.
  • Manage external vendors for payroll, benefits and mobility administration, including insurance renewal, assignments, tax reporting and audits
  • Work closely with immigration vendors to manage the work pass renewal and application process
  • Work closely with BBS in maintaining the HRIS system and ensuring all documents are saved in employee personnel file in OpenText.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or HR
  • At least 2 years of HR administrative/ payroll experience
  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Resourceful and possess good interpersonal skills to interact well with all levels
  • Able to adapt well in a fast-paced and challenging environment
