  2. Receive product specific requirement from customer and implement with the team.
  3. First layer escalation point for product quality dispositions
  4. Respond to all customer quality escalations within time frame.
  5. Handling customer and 3rd Party audits

  7. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process.

Required Qualifications:

Degree / Diploma in chemical / mechanical / relevant field.

Min 2 years work experience in Quality Assurance

customer quality experience / knowledge in electroplating / work experience in electroplating will be added advantage
