Manufacturing Operations, Senior Manager

  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve production issues related to output, quality, yield, delivery, and cost.
  • AOP Process Participation: Contribute to the AOP process by reviewing and controlling operational metrics.
  • Team Development: Enhance team morale and performance through recruitment, development, and motivation.
  • Quality and Safety Compliance: Maintain compliance with quality and safety management systems.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budget execution with a focus on margins and product costs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for product rationalization and cost-effective sourcing.
  • Process Development: Develop scalable and well-documented processes for manufacturing.
  • Performance Evaluation: Regularly assess and communicate manufacturing outcomes.

  • Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements in product quality, performance, and efficiency.

Requirements for the Role

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, business management, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in manufacturing management, particularly in regulated industries (medical devices, pharma, biotech). Proven leadership in managing multi-functional teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, GMP, and lean manufacturing. Strong financial management skills, including budget control and cost optimization.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams. Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
  • Additional Skills: Project management experience, commitment to safety and environmental standards, and alignment with company core values.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus
