Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end payroll administration, ensuring timely salary pay-out and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Handle CPF calculations, submissions, and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and allowances.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager on allowances and manage statutory submissions, government claims, and tax-related matters.
- Maintain the HRIS system, working with system providers for updates and improvements.
- Prepare payroll-related reports for management, audits, and government agencies.
- Forecast manpower costs, manage foreign manpower quota projections, and maintain employee records.
- Ensure payroll processes align with Employment Law and liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in payroll administration, HR, or finance (internship/part-time experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, payroll software, CPF, tax regulations, and statutory submissions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn and develop payroll skills.
- Understanding of Employment Law is advantageous (training provided).
