Job Description:

The Engineer, Build Process-Outer Layer Process is responsible for operating and managing machinery, monitoring and adjusting equipment settings to meet quality standards, conducting routine inspections and maintenance, managing materials and inventory, maintaining accurate production records, adhering to safety and quality guidelines, and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient production of outer layers for semiconductor substrates.

Remarkable impacts that you will make:

  • Operate and shut down manufacturing equipment, perform routine inspections, and conduct quality checks.
  • Address and communicate equipment and quality issues, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Complete log entries, update system inputs, and monitor progress with line monitoring tools.
  • Replace materials and consumables, perform tool changes, and manage inventory levels.
  • Conduct scheduled maintenance, prepare chemical solutions, and operate multiple machines as needed.

The successful candidate should possess the following:

  • Professional Qualifications: Diploma or equivalent; certification in hazardous material handling and safety is a plus.
  • Specialized Knowledge & Skills: Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and capable of data entry and editing in production systems. Experience in handling chemical solutions is advantageous.
  • Competencies: Ability to adhere to rules and procedures and report issues to supervisors.
  • Attributes: Collaborative and cooperative personality; no allergies to rubber gloves or chemicals preferred.
  • Others: Willingness to work shifts, including day, night, and yellow light conditions in a cleanroom environment.
