Our client, a global IT firm is looking for an experience Application Support Engineer with expertise in providing technical support and troubleshooting with the data integration platform, Boomi and other related applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide QA support and assist users with Boomi and related applications.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including executing manual operations and log checking.
  • Offer temporary recovery support during incidents and perform bug fixes, including release management.
  • Support annual audits and related activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in system maintenance and operations, including QA support with users. Experience in supporting the bankiĀ­ng industry is advantageous.
  • Must have experience as a Developer of system implementation project.
  • Proven experience with Boomi or a similar data integration platform (e.g., DataSpider). Proficient with Boomi components, process design, connectors, and complex data mappings.
  • Skilled in process monitoring, error handling, and log analysis. Experienced in optimizing integration processes and managing resources.
  • Knowledgeable in security protocols (OAuth, SSL/TLS) and data compliance.
  • Familiar with ETL, ESB, SOA, and related design patterns and best practices.
  • Strong stakeholder interaction skills and familiarity with collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Basic understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP, and networking for troubleshooting.
  • Familiar with CI/CD tools and deployment automation. Understanding of BPM and its integration with workflows.

This is an initial 12 months contract role with opportunities to renew or extend.
