Our Finance department is a fundamental part of Doctor Anywhere and plays a major role in ensuring the company's financial stability. We are responsible for advising management on financial decisions that have a far reaching impact on the company's future.

About The Role

We are seeking a Senior/Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis who will be in charge of financial planning and providing financial insights.

The ideal candidate will have a mindset of continuous improvement and change and will demonstrate curiosity, collaboration and the ability to deal with ambiguity especially in a start-up environment. You are passionate about providing excellent internal client support across the entire organization and have prior experience in accounting.

This role is based in the Singapore and reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

A summary of the key responsibilities is as follows:

• Partner with senior management, business and country teams to provide thought leadership to help drive decision making, provide financial insight, and build operational rigor and efficiency
• Develop and fine tune budget and financial projections with business leaders/teams, including setting operational goals, application of business judgment and financial insights to help with decision-making
• Develop and maintain bottoms-up financial models which reflects granular revenue / cost drivers of respective business segments across all countries, including new initiatives
• Analyse trends and variances between actuals and budget, as well as provide insights on potential action plans to achieve/outperform budgets
• Run analysis to uncover growth opportunities, cost efficiencies, or ways to further mitigate risks
• Work closely with regional business and country teams to ensure reporting timelines are met
• Work with the finance team to prepare investor reports, including providing insights on segment performance
• Assist with preparation of internal materials for board and leadership team meetings
• Engage in the development of new processes and tools to deliver impact and significant insights that drive decision making
  
  

About You

• Degree in Accounting / Business Management / Finance with 12+ years of work experience and at least 5 years of direct experience in FP&A
• Prior experience in FP&A and/or financial accounting teams is required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfortable interacting with senior internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent knowledge and background in budgeting, financial modelling, investor reporting, financial operations, and accounting
• Eager to learn and embrace new challenges, with strong desire to develop professionally
• Proactive in seeking innovative solutions to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently
• Team player with unquestioned integrity and high standards in the work you do
• Able to work independently with high attention to detail
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and conceptual problem-solving skills
• A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of things that you do, willing to go out of your comfort zones and take on new challenges
• Comfortable with ambiguity and flexible to learn new things - we’re not done growing, and heading into uncharted territories is part of the fun!
