Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager, based in Singapore, to join our international team, reporting to the Sales Director.

This key role will be adept in developing sales strategies to attract new clients and retain and grow existing clients in the ICT sector. The key account manager will collaborate with planners and coordinators to tailor marketing campaigns and events that meet clients’ specific needs and budget requirements.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in campaign and events marketing. They will have an amiable approach to client relations, and a personal drive to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with our existing clients in the ICT sector, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities to expand services and grow revenue.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, gathering feedback after each campaign or event to understand their needs better and improve service delivery.

Business Development

  • Proactively engage with potential new clients by meeting with key decision-makers and clearly presenting Click Click Marketing's suite of campaign and event marketing services to secure new business opportunities.

End-to-End Role Responsibility

  • Handle all aspects of the account management process, from initial client contact and proposal development to overseeing execution and post-campaign analysis.

Client-Centric Approach:

  • Demonstrate a client-focused mindset in all interactions, ensuring that client needs are prioritised and addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Aim to surprise and delight clients, with the team going above and beyond to exceed their expectations.

Ensure Brand Integrity and Enhancement

  • Uphold and enhance the Click Click Marketing brand by delivering high-quality work that reflects our values and reputation for excellence.
  • Represent CCM with professionalism in all client communications, presentations, and meetings, ensuring clarity, transparency, and effective messaging.

Industry Relationship Development

  • Develop and maintain professional and mutually beneficial industry relationships.

Professional Presentation and Communication

  • Represent Click Click Marketing with professionalism in all client communications, presentations, and meetings, ensuring clarity, transparency, and effective messaging.

Financials:

  • Manage the financial aspects of the Asia region accounts, including generating accurate quotes, forecasting revenue, and ensuring profitability for each project.

Strategic Planning:

  • Participate in the strategic planning process.
  • Highlight regional factors that need to be considered within the strategic planning process.

Process Improvement & Technology Integration

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and work with the team to mitigate them, so that CCM can provide the best offering in the region.
  • With the authorisation of the Managing Director, implement technologies, including AI, to enhance operational workflows and cost efficiencies.

Team:

  • Work closely and collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery, sharing insights and feedback to continuously improve our offerings.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5+ years’ experience, in Singapore and surrounding region, in account management at a senior level, preferably within the ICT sector.
  • Experience implementing marketing campaigns and events which drive leads and a strong ROI.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Financial acumen.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
  • Driven, with a strong personal commitment to delivering the best possible outcomes for each client, whilst constantly seeking ways to improve and exceed expectations.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
