Reporting to the Senior General Manager (Commercial), you will be responsible for leading the Group Marketing Communications team to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the company’s retail and commercial properties. This role involves driving the brand equity of the assets under the portfolio and managing the group’s loyalty and office tenants’ engagement programmes. You will establish strategic alliances, grow the U-POPP loyalty programme, oversee group and CSR campaigns, plan publicity and media outreach to meet KPIs. To stay relevant, you will be expected to monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities and develop strategies. You will maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance Commercial division’s reputation and drive business results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with 6 years in a managerial position.
  • Experience in retail real estate and omni-channel marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good analytical skills with ability to identify market trends, competitors’ activities and review data and metrics for decision-making and provision of recommendations.
  • Experience in managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage and execute multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong people management skills to maintain relationships with key stakeholders and staff management.
