Manicurist

Responsibilities

• Remove Existing Nail Polish: Clean, trim, and file nails to perfection.

• Soften Calluses and Remove Rough Skin: Ensure smooth and soft feet.

• Polish or Buff Nails: Enhance the natural shine of nails.

• Apply Artificial Nails and Nail Art: Create stunning and artistic nail designs.

• Advise Clients: Provide tips and recommendations for nail and skincare for hands and feet.

• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the spa and workplace clean and hygienic.

• Performs all facial treatments therapy available.

• Practices the high standard of sanitation, neatness, and visual presentation.

• Ability to up sell and cross sell to meets retail sales performance requirements.

• Manage customer appointments and actively builds clientele base.

• Consistently records and updates client records.

Requirements:

• Familiar with facial treatment processes.

• Retail sales and customer service experience of minimum 2 years are highly desired.

• Enjoys team environment and interaction with co-workers and customers.

• Energetic, able to work in a fast paced environment.

• Customer service orientated.
