  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • A leading healthcare organisation is seeking an Assistant Director to drive organisational development initiatives. This key role will support workforce growth strategies centred around enhancing employee capabilities, community engagement, and healthcare outcomes. As Assistant Director, you will lead strategic efforts to transform healthcare delivery, cultivate a culture of continuous learning, and ensure workforce sustainability and resilience.

Your new role
Reporting to the Director, we are looking for someone to

  • Drive horizontal organisational development across multiple settings, beyond a singular institution and cutting across partners outside of healthcare.
  • Cultivate a culture of collective leadership, emphasising shared accountability for success through strong relationships.
  • Develop the organisation's learning capabilities through structured programs, platforms, and processes, enabling adaptability and innovation.
  • Future-proof the workforce by leveraging value-creation tools, technology, and innovation.
  • Design and implement a leadership development roadmap for future healthcare leaders.
  • Create and manage management development plans and budgets to address human capital needs and enhance staff value.
  • Partner with HR to support workforce growth strategies and leadership pipeline development.

What you will need to succeed
  • 8-10 years of experience in change management work, large scale projects beyond a singular institution and involving various industry partners
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage expectations and navigate complex boundaries
  • Effective alignment of differing perspectives
  • Strong diagnostic and change management skills
