Job Responsibilities
· Providing a warm and friendly greeting to customers, taking their orders, and serving food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude.
· Providing genuine recommendations to guests based on your knowledge of our food and beverage.
· Efficiently entering orders into a point-of-sale system and accepting payments using a credit card reader or cash register. You will be responsible for calculating change accurately and swiftly.
· Collaborating with the kitchen team to prepare various food items. You will follow cooking instructions, adhere to safety procedures, and maintain sanitary standards.
· Ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant on a daily basis. This includes clearing tables, returning trays to the kitchen, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils.
· Maintaining effective communication with team members and management.
· Handling guests' concerns and complaints in a professional and composed manner, resolving problems in accordance with outlet policies.
· Upholding a neat and presentable appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to the designated corporate dress code.
· Assisting fellow servers as needed during various situations.
· Expressing gratitude to each guest for their visit and inviting them to return.
· Completing any other task assigned to you .

The right candidate(s) will receive on-the-job training. Our preferred candidate should have the following qualifications:
· A positive attitude, with the ability to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere infused with high energy and enthusiasm.
· Previous experience in the food-service industry is preferred.
· Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for supervisory or management positions.
