Process Developer- Router Cleansing

Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer Router Cleansing

In this role, you will be required to demonstrate analytical and research skills.

Responsibilities

  • Map the current As Is Repair Process for each Product i.e., Engine – Component Code level based on approved data from Engine Shop Manuals, Engine Repair Manuals, Service Bulletins & customer specific requirement.
  • Create process map to visually depict repair process at L1 level.
  • Create Master Process Map including L1,L2 & L3 level.
  • Comparative study to identify deviation and non- standard work.
  • Work with cross function teams to bring standard work & waste in the process.
  • The legacy routers streamlining for more efficiency.
  • Build and update tracker to report daily progress & findings.
  • Create detailed standard work instruction and get it approved from Stakeholders.
  • Support preparation of “Inspection” & “Repair” router using tools approved by Stakeholders.
  • Responsible for creation of data objects like Repair, Quality results, Operations Sheets references required for router cleanser.
  • Consult with engineering and mechanics to ensure proper sequencing.
  • Maintain data quality while transitioning.
  • Document, record & confirm all the manual changes required.
  • Create Quality Checks process to ensure routers go through proper approval channel (Quality Engineers & Shop focal)
  • Post migration, perform checks to ensure data quality & sanity of router.
  • Fix the errors by working with SAP team.
  • Participate in governance meetings and projects reviews to plan.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

  • Master’s degree in administration, logistics, supply chain or related field.
  • Proficiency in SAP
  • Aviation background preferred.
  • Proven experience in router management.

Preferred qualifications

  • Sound time-management and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in Analysis and Research
  • Experience with Solumina development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexibility in working hours.
