As an SAP Project Manager, you will lead and oversee complex or high-risk projects, driving successful outcomes and managing high-performing teams. You will play a pivotal role in business and solution development for complex engagements with customers and prospects, ensuring delivery excellence and strategic alignment.

RESPONSILBILITIES

  • Manage and deliver SAP implementation projects, ensuring they meet financial, operational, and Contractual targets.
  • Oversee project execution, managing scope, requirements, and changes to deliver on time, within budget, and with high quality.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analyses and develop business plans to drive project success and customer satisfaction.
  • Assess and adapt to changes in the business environment that may impact project scope or objectives.
  • Evaluate project plans for dependencies, gaps, and business value, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
  • Manage project compliance, changes, issues, risks, and backlog to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Facilitate problem-solving and conflict resolution to address challenges and maintain project momentum.
  • Oversee budget management, work allocations, and resource planning for effective project delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in project management, especially in SAP implementations, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP and related IT technologies (web services, JavaScript, .Net, Oracle, MS SQL).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Experience in managing project scope, risk, stakeholder communication, and project deliverables.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure while maintaining strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

GOOD TO HAVE

  • Professional or technical qualifications related to project management or SAP.
  • Experience with SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure technologies (OS, virtualization, load balancing).
  • Experience working with diverse industries, particularly within Singapore
