Executive Assistant (Clinical Governance & Quality)

You will be an integral member of the department to perform administrative and office support activities. Duties may include assisting with administration matters for new doctors, arranging appointments and coordinating logistics for meetings and trainings (e.g., for review of Serious Reportable Events), preparing simple presentations and reports, data entry, as well as coordinating various activities/events organised by the department. You will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, and are required to undertake any other administrative work as assigned by your supervisor. You must have a positive attitude and a pleasant personality, and be a good team member who is able to provide efficient, general administrative support to the department in the face of constant change and challenges.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or GCE ‘A’ Levels with at least 3 years of related experience preferred
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Computer literate and experienced in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
  • Meticulous, team player with a can-do attitude.
