Risk, Manager/Assistant Manager (Enterprise Risk Management)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for ERM of division and creating awareness on risk management including risk, compliance, internal controls
• Continue to develop and enhance Control Self Assessment program
• key risk area to the business and providing solution and controls improvement for new businesses and providing support in risk control
• Advisory to the management team on arising risk issues and follow up on risk surveys, risk reporting including supporting on crisis management (BCM)
• Setting key risk indicators on exposures including control self assessment and using data analytics tool

REQUIREMENTS:

• Accounting or Business degree/Chartered Accountant
• At least 5 years of relevant experience background in operational risk
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior big 4 experience background would be an added advantage
• Familiar with dashboard, data analytics
